Our puffer jackets are constructed using two essential components: a high-performance outer shell and a carefully selected insulating fill. The outer shell is made from durable, lightweight polyester fabric that offers excellent resistance to wind, light rain, and daily wear. This fabric is chosen specifically for uniform use, ensuring the jacket maintains its shape, color, and strength even under frequent use and washing.
For insulation, we offer premium polyester fill, engineered to provide consistent warmth without bulk. Polyester insulation is lightweight, hypoallergenic, and retains heat effectively, making it ideal for uniforms worn across varying climates and work conditions. Unlike natural down, polyester fill performs reliably even in damp environments and dries quickly, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
This combination of a resilient polyester shell and advanced synthetic insulation allows us to deliver puffer jackets that are warm, practical, and easy to maintain.
